Flurbiprofen 0.03% Ophthalmic Solution

Flurbiprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces swelling and pain in the eye. These nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory eye drops work by reducing the chemicals that cause pain, swelling and itching in the eye. Veterinarians often prescribe Flurbiprofen to treat eye inflammation due to uveitis. Uveitis is a condition that causes painful inflammation and discomfort in the eye. Flurbiprofen may also be used after surgeries such as cataract surgery.

Recommended Dosage

Use as directed by your veterinarian. 

Stop use and seek veterinary attention if any of the following occur:

• Cold limbs
• Pale gums
• Seizures
• Vomiting
• Sudden diarrhea
• Shock
• Hives
• Facial swelling
