Neo-Poly-Dex Ophthalmic Ointment

Neo-Poly-Dex Ophthalmic Ointment is a combination steroid eyedrop prescribed for bacterial infections and related eye swelling and inflammation. Its broad-spectrum action effectively treats various bacteria and contains a corticosteroid to relieve symptoms. The antibiotics, neomycin and polymyxin B, halt bacterial growth and eventually kill the infection. Additionally, dexamethasone, a steroid, inhibits the production of inflammation-triggering substances to control redness, itching, and inflammation. This prescription eye treatment is available in eye drops or ointment and requires veterinary approval.

Neomycin Sulfate (Equivalent to Neomycin) Polymyxin B Sulfate, Dexamethasone, Methylparaben and Propylparaben, White Petrolatum, Lanolin, Mineral Oil.
