Directions For Use

Rehydrate by adding 1/2 cup warm water for every cup of food, following feeding guidelines. Add water, allow food to rehydrate for 1 minute, mix and serve. Food can be fed dry, but always make sure your cat drinks plenty of water at mealtime.

Introduce by slowly mixing with your pet's current diet, over the course of 7 - 10 days. Timeframes can be adjust as needed.

1.How long does the big bag last for a 12 pound cat?
Two weeks for my active, adult cat.

2. Is it ok to mix it in with kibble to get them used to it. Since it’s raw and kibble processes more slowly in their stomachs. They eat dry kibble currently and I’m not sure how to mix it into their diet. And if it would be safe to keep dry food out when feeding this product.

4. What about parasites in freeze dried raw cat food?
The manufacturer uses HPP processing to ensure the food is safe and free of any pathogen.

5. I don't have a way of measuring ounces. Can someone tell me the calories per cup, tablespoon, or even nugget? I'm trying to mix this with my kitty's other food, and I want to make sure I'm still giving her the right about of calories per day. Thank you!

When using as a food source it is recommended to re-hydrate. If using as a treat, it is suitable to give dry. Always offer plenty of fresh water. This recipe contains 0.09% magnesium content.

7. How many days will each 18oz bag last for one cat?
How long the 18 ounce bag will last depends on your cat's weight. If your cat is 6 pounds they should be fed 1/4 of a cup per day, 1/2 a cup for an 8 pound cat, 3/4 of a cup for a 10 pound cat, 1 cup for a 12 pound cat, and 1 1/4 of a cup for a 14 pound cat.
