Carvedilol Tablets, 6.25mg

Carvedilol is a prescription beta-blocker used to treat congestive heart failure and facilitate synchronized cardioversion in dogs, affecting heart and blood flow through veins and arteries. It is also utilized in human and veterinary medicine for conditions such as high blood pressure and cardiac diseases.

Possible Side Effects

This drug is considered generally safe and effective when prescribed by a veterinarian, carvedilol can cause side effects in some animals.

Potential side effects in dogs include: lethargy, diarrhea, bradycardia, AV bloc, myocardial depression, aggravation of heart failure, and loss of appetite.
