DOUXO Chlorhexidine Micro-emulsion Spray can effectively treat skin infections that are responsive to chlorhexidine. This spray does not require rinsing and includes antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties, along with moisturizers, to support the restoration of healthy skin.

This fine mist spray is ideal for treating skin in between baths. Its unique micro-emulsion technology allows the product to easily spread over the surface of the skin. Each spray droplet contains hundreds of nano-sized spheres filled with skin-healing ingredients that mix with cells on the skin's surface and move through the spaces between cells in the outer layer of skin. These active ingredients remain encapsulated in the spheres until they reach the deeper layers of skin, where they slowly diffuse to aid in healing and restoring the skin's natural barrier.

This spray features Phytosphingosine, a pro-ceramide that aids in repairing the skin's natural ceramides, which are essential for maintaining healthy skin.

Directions for Use

Shake well before use.

Brush the hair coat against the natural fur line, then spray the product by holding the pump approximately 12 inches from the pet’s body. The product will disperse naturally. Do not over apply.

Dosage: 1 spray per 10 lbs. of body weight.

Ingredients

Chlorhexidine gluconate 3%:   an antibacterial and antifungal agent.

Phytosphingosine salicyloyl 0.05% (PS):  found naturally in the stratum corneum and some skin ceramides. PS applied topically can help restore the skin barrier.  Also has anti-inflammatory properties to help soothe skin irritations.

DOUXO products do not contain paraben.
