At HardyPaw.com, our Autoship Subscribe & Save program makes it easy to keep your pet stocked with the products they need — delivered automatically on a schedule that works for you.

How Autoship Works

  1. Set It Up: Select "Subscribe & Save" on any eligible product page, choose your delivery frequency, and complete checkout as normal.
  2. Automatic Fulfillment: Your order will be processed and shipped automatically on your chosen schedule (e.g., every 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks).
  3. Billing: Your payment method on file will be charged automatically before each shipment. You will receive an email reminder prior to each upcoming order.

Autoship Discount

  • First Autoship Order: Receive 20% off your first Autoship order, up to a maximum discount of $40.00.
  • Ongoing Orders: Subsequent Autoship orders may receive a recurring subscriber discount as displayed on the product page at the time of sign-up.
  • Discount Cap: The first-order discount is capped at $40.00 regardless of order total.
  • Exclusions: Autoship discounts cannot be combined with promotional codes, sitewide sales, or other offers. See the Promotion Policy for full exclusion details.

Managing Your Autoship

  • Modify: You can update your delivery frequency, quantity, or shipping address at any time by logging into your account and navigating to "Subscriptions."
  • Pause: Autoship orders can be paused at any time from your account dashboard.
  • Skip an Order: You may skip an upcoming shipment from your account dashboard before it is processed.
  • Cancel: You may cancel your Autoship subscription at any time. However, please note the early cancellation fee below.

Cancellation Policy

  • Early Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your Autoship subscription before completing your 2nd Autoship order, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to your original first-order discount amount.
  • When It Applies: This fee applies to customers who received the 20% first Autoship discount and cancel prior to their second Autoship order being fulfilled.
  • How It's Charged: The cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file at the time of cancellation.
  • No Fee After 2nd Order: Customers who have completed at least 2 Autoship orders may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee.

Shipping

  • Autoship orders are subject to the same shipping rates and policies as standard orders unless a specific Autoship shipping promotion is active.
  • Free Ground Shipping on Pharmacy Orders Over $49 applies to eligible Autoship pharmacy orders. This excludes pet food and temperature-sensitive items.
  • Shipping address changes must be made before the order processes for that cycle.

Eligibility & Exclusions

  1. Eligible Products: Autoship is available on select products as indicated on the product page.
  2. Excluded Products: Certain products, brands, and categories may not be eligible for Autoship, including gift cards and select prescription items requiring per-order veterinary authorization.
  3. Promotional Stacking: Autoship discounts cannot be combined with promo codes or other active promotions. Only one discount type applies per order.

Additional Terms

  • Changes & Modifications: HardyPaw.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Autoship program at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If unsuccessful, your Autoship order may be skipped for that cycle.
  • Legal Compliance: Autoship subscriptions are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.
