Draxxin (tulathromycin) Injection 100mg/ml

Draxxin (tulathromycin) Injection is an antibiotic for the treatment of bovine respiratory disease (BRD), infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis (IBK), and foot rot in beef and non-lactating dairy cattle, and swine respiratory disease (SRD) in swine. Each ml contains 100 mg of tulathromycin, with a recommended dosage of 2.5 mg per kg (1.1 ml per 100 lbs) body weight, administered in the neck. Do not exceed 10 ml SQ per injection site in cattle. One dose provides 7-14 days of BRD treatment and control. For swine, do not exceed 5 ml IM per injection site. This product is not intended for use in female dairy cattle 20 months of age or older, or in veal calves.

BRD - DRAXXIN Injection Solution can effectively treat and prevent bovine respiratory disease (BRD) caused by Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, Histophilus somni, and Mycoplasma bovis in cattle. It is also indicated for controlling respiratory disease in high-risk cattle associated with these bacterial pathogens.

IBK - DRAXXIN Injection 100mg/ml is used to treat infectious bovine keratoconjunctivitis caused by Moraxella bovis.

Foot Rot - DRAXXIN Injectable Solution is indicated for the treatment of bovine foot rot (interdigital necrobacillosis) associated with Fusobacterium necrophorum and Porphyromonas levii.

Swine- DRAXXIN Injection (tulathromycin) is used to treat swine respiratory disease (SRD) caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Haemophilus parasuis, and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae. It also controls SRD caused by Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Pasteurella multocida, and Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae in groups of pigs with a confirmed diagnosis of SRD.
