Loncor 300 (Florfenicol) Injectable Solution

Bovine respiratory disease (BRD) presents a significant challenge for cattle farmers, leading to decreased productivity, increased veterinary costs, and potential losses. Loncor 300 Florfenicol Injectable Solution is a powerful antibiotic specifically formulated to treat BRD, providing effective and long-lasting relief from bacterial infections.

Unlike many antibiotics that require frequent dosing, Loncor 300 offers a convenient, single-dose administration, minimizing stress on cattle and reducing labor costs. Its broad-spectrum activity ensures that it targets the most common bacteria responsible for respiratory diseases in cattle, delivering rapid and reliable results.

Moreover, with careful storage and precise administration, Loncor 300 maintains its potency and efficacy, making it an essential tool for cattle health management.

Prescription items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please note that the product may arrive in a Hardy Paw Pharmacy vial, manufacturer packaging is shown for reference.

Benefits of Florfenicol Injection

  • Broad-Spectrum Coverage: Targets a wide range of bacteria, including Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida, and Histophilus somni.

  • Single-Dose Efficacy: Requires only one or, if necessary, two doses, reducing handling and stress on the cattle.

  • Rapid Response: Begins to work within hours of administration, providing fast relief from respiratory symptoms.

  • Reduced Labor Costs: Fewer administrations mean lower labor and handling costs.

  • Long-Acting Formula: Sustains therapeutic levels in the bloodstream, offering prolonged protection against infections.

  • Minimizes Treatment Gaps: Effective in managing acute and chronic cases of BRD.

  • Safe for Beef Cattle: Well-tolerated in beef cattle, with minimal side effects reported.

Indications

Loncor 300 is indicated for treatment of BRD associated with Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida and Histophilus somni, and for the treatment of bovine interdigital phlegmon (foot rot, acute interdigital necrobacillosis, infectious pododermatitis) associated with Fusobacterium necrophorum and Bacteroides melaninogenicus.

Also, it is indicated for the control of respiratory disease in cattle at high risk of developing BRD associated with Mannheimia haemolytica, Pasteurella multocida and Histophilus somni.
