Directions For Use

• Wet dog’s coat thoroughly. Pour this product into the cup of your hand.
  
• Starting at the head and working back, work up a lather with this quick lathering formula, being sure that the lather is worked thoroughly into dog’s coat down to the skin.
  
• Allow lather to stand five minutes, then rinse completely and towel dry. It should not be necessary to repeat the shampoo application unless the animal is excessively dirty.
  
• Kills fleas fast and begins to kill ticks within 1 or 2 days; reaching maximum effectiveness in 7 to 10 days.
  
• To maintain maximum effectiveness against both fleas and ticks, repeat (or reapply) every week. Cats that actively groom or engage in close physical contact with treated dog may be at risk of serious harmful effect.

1. HOW OFTEN CAN I BATHE MY DOG WITH THIS FLEA AND TICK SHAMPOO?
We recommend you shampoo your dog only once a month.

2. HOW DOES THIS PRODUCT WORK?
PetArmor® Plus Flea and Tick Shampoo contains an adulticide that is designed to kill adult fleas and ticks for 7 days, and it also repels mosquitos for 15 days. It contains an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) to kill flea eggs and flea larvae for 30 days.

3. I BATHED MY DOG A COUPLE OF HOURS AGO AND I AM STILL FINDING FLEAS. IS IT NOT WORKING?
The active ingredient in the PetArmor® Plus Flea and Tick Shampoo with Oatmeal begins to kill the fleas quickly. However, it can take up to 24 hours for the shampoo to kill all of the fleas on your dog.

4. HOW DO I REMOVE THIS SHAMPOO?
All of our Flea and Tick products are detergent soluble. We would recommend re-bathing your pet with a detergent based soap or shampoo such as a regular grooming shampoo or a degreasing soap such as Dawn.
