Lisinopril Tablets, 20mg

Lisinopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor, commonly used to treat high blood pressure, congestive heart failure, and certain types of heart and kidney diseases in companion animals. It is also utilized by veterinarians for these same conditions.

Possible Side Effects

For dogs and cats, if any serious side effects occur, discontinue use of lisinopril and seek emergency medical attention from a veterinarian; such side effects may include an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing; swelling of the lips; tongue or face; hives). While rare, side effects may also include decreased appetite, vomiting, and diarrhea. Lisinopril use has been associated with low blood pressure and potential kidney dysfunction, which may manifest as increased thirst and/or changes in urination; it is recommended to consult with a veterinarian about any unusual or bothersome side effects observed in the animal.

Store at controlled room temperatures of 68° - 77°F. Protect from moisture, freezing and excessive heat.
