Effective Antibacterial Wound Care for Horses

Product Description

Durvet Fura-Zone is a topical antibacterial ointment designed to treat wounds, burns, and infections in horses. It helps protect the affected area from bacterial contamination and supports the healing process with its broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties. 

Ingredients

It contains 0.2% Nitrofurazone suspended in a water-soluble polyethylene glycol base.

How to Use

Directions for Use 

  • Apply Fura-Zone to the lesion using a spatula or gauze.
  • Using a bandage over the ointment is optional.
  • Keep Fura-Zone in contact with the lesion for at least 24 hours.
  • Change the dressing several times daily if necessary.
  • Or, leave the dressing on the lesion for longer periods.

Note: Wear gloves when applying or wash your hands thoroughly afterward.

Dosage & Administration Instructions

  • Apply a thin layer onto the wound or affected area.
  • Use 1 to 3 times daily for best results.
  • Continue use until healing is complete.
