Directions For Use
Terrarium Drinking Water Bowls: Add 2 drops of REPTISAFE® to each cup (8 fl. oz.) of tap water. Add REPTISAFE® as directed every time water is changed (i.e., daily).
Aquatic Species’ Habitat Water: Add 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of REPTISAFE® per 5 gallons of tap water. Treat all new or replacement water.

This water conditioner is safe to use while the turtle is still in the tank.
Would this be safe for a bearded dragon for misting & soaking?
This product is not intended to be used by itself on a pet, however, it may be used to condition water that is then sprayed onto your pet.
Is this safe for leopard geckos?
This water conditioner is safe for all gecko breeds, including leopard geckos.
Can I still add calcium drops to the water with this?
Calcium drops may still be added to the water when using Reptisafe Water Conditioner.
Could I use this in rats water bottles?
This water conditioner is not suitable for rats.
Is this product harmful to animals who aren’t reptiles? For example, if my cat drinks water treated with reptisafe on accident, would it hurt her?
This product is not intended for other species consumption. Please keep your reptile's bowl out of reach and supervise your pet when using this water conditioner.

How much water does one bottle treat
When used in a terrarium the directions are to add 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of ReptiSafe per 5 gallons of tap water. The 8.75-oz bottle (258 ml) will then contain approximately 51.6 teaspoons and can treat up to 258 gallons.
Can this be used for tree frogs? Also, I have a zoo med fogged, can I use this for that?

When used in a terrarium the directions are to add 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of ReptiSafe per 5 gallons of tap water. This can be done with a complete or partial water change.
How instant does it work? Also, how does it eliminate the chemicals, does it turn them to a gaseous form? Or are the chemicals just neutralized and stay in the liquid?
Results will be seen within a few minutes. This product neutralizes the chemicals, removing them from the water.
