Great sunscreen!

My cat has solar dermatitis and has to have sunscreen on his nose and ears a couple of times a day. This sunscreen goes on thicker and stays on longer than most. I highly recommend using this brand if you’re needing great coverage that not too runny and stays on longer.

Doesn't work well on my cat.

i treated my white cat's ears with dermoscent to keep them from reddening and burning. She wiped or licked all of it off, and the last time, even made her ear raw in doing so. I tried once before with a thinner layer, but it didn't seem to help with sunburn. I think the only help for this problem is probably a physical barrier. She is getting all of this sun even while being inside next to windows in the morning before 10:30 a.m. It may work but requires the pet's cooperation. I have used protective film on the windows but that doesn't seem to work well either.

Easy to apply

My cat doesn't seem to mind having this on her nose. She had some squamous cell carcinoma removed and I want to prevent a recurrence. A little tiny dab goes a long way. I just coat the top of her nose with it. This tube should last a long time. It is totally scent free which is good.
