Liquid Wormer™ 2X is not only used to prevent reinfestation of Toxocara canis in puppies and adult dogs and in lactating bitches after whelping, but also for the removal of large roundworms, (Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonina) and hookworms, (Ancylostoma caninum and Uncinaria stenocephala) in dogs and puppies.

Directions For Use

Administer one full teaspoonful (5 mL) for each 10 lbs. of body weight. To assure proper dosage, weigh animal prior to treatment. It is not necessary to withhold food prior to or after treatment. Refer to product insert (on back) for complete directions.

FAQs

1. Is it difficult to administer?
No, it is easy to administer and you do not have to withhold food prior to using.

2. Gave to my puppy on 11/22 and don't feel like it's working. Should I see worms in her poop?
With the first 2 doses my puppy's poo had lots of worms. I gave her a 3rd dose and no more worms. Maybe your puppy didn't have a big problem to start with. 

3. When there are no worms at all in her poo then she's good! Use on Cats?
Pyrantel Pamoate is used to treat roundworms and hookworms in cats as well as dogs and many other animals. The dosage for cats is 1ml per 5lbs. I wouldn't suggest it be used on cats/kittens under 5lbs unless it can be precisely measured.

4. How long does it take to work?
Bought it came in yesterday and boom its working pretty fast puppies are three weeks.

5. How many doses would this be for a puppy? To my understanding, she needs treatment every 2 weeks.. so how many bottles of this do I need!
Depends on the weight of the puppy. The dose would be 5 mL for a 10-pound puppy, which would be 12 doses worth; 2.5 mL for a 5-pound puppy, so 24 doses worth. 10 mL for a 20-pound puppy would be 6 total doses.

6. Do you sell this in 16oz?
I do not.

7. Seeing white eggs after 2 doses. Is this normal?
Clarifying for others: yes, continue giving this but only every 2 weeks. Very safe to give so you can give it every 2 weeks like now, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks. Some people even give it every month or every so often.

8. How do you measure the liquid? Does it come with a measuring cup?
A dose for 10 lb dog is 1 teaspoon. It does not include a measuring item with it.

9. How many treatments can this 2 oz bottle be used for a 70 lbs dog?
The two ounce bottle treats 120 lbs of body weight, so it could be done as two doses as your dog is close to 60 lbs.

10. I have an 8-9 week old yorkie puppy that's about 3-5lbs. How much liquid dewormer 2x should I give her?
It is labeled at 5 ml per 10 lbs body weight, so 2 ml every couple weeks.

12. I have 120lb lab. I take it this stuff isn't for him?
Yes, it would take the whole bottle. It's 5 ml per 10lb body weight. This bottle is 60 ml, so it would cover 120lb.
