Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: How big is the cage?

Ans: The cage measures 32" wide, 23" deep, and 66" tall on the outside. Inside, there's 30" of height, and the bars are spaced 5/8" apart.

Q2: What does “2 box set” mean?

Ans: The cage is packed in two separate boxes, so both will need to arrive before you can put it together. Since it's a large cage, having someone help you unpack and move the parts is a good idea.

Q3: What is on the play top?

Ans: Your bird will find two ladders to climb, a perch to sit on, and a hook for hanging toys on the play top. There's also a slide-out tray underneath to catch the mess from playtime, which you can remove when it's time to clean.

Q4: How do the locks work?

Ans: There's room for a bit of climbing and play on top, with two ladders, a perch, and a hook for hanging toys. A slide-out tray sits underneath to catch dropped food and other mess, so you can take it out and clean it when needed.

Q5: How do the feeder doors work?

Ans: Each of the three swing-out feeder doors opens onto its own stainless steel cup, so mealtime refills never require opening the big front door. One perch comes included for your bird’s comfort right from the start.

Q6: What does the seed catcher do?

Ans: A removable seed catcher helps trap hulls and thrown food before they scatter across the floor. Detach it when it fills up, empty it, and put it back to keep your bird’s area looking neat at home.
