Fluconazole for Dogs
Fluconazole is an antifungal medication used to treat various fungal infections, including yeast infections. It is frequently prescribed for skin infections and severe fungal infections of the lungs and other organs that may result from inhaling fungus found in contaminated soil. It also effectively treats difficult-to-treat fungal infections, such as those affecting internal organs and systemic fungal infections like cryptococcal meningitis, blastomycosis, and histoplasmosis. It may also be prescribed for superficial skin infections, such as candidiasis or ringworm.
