Directions For Use

Begin by letting your dog taste a small amount of tasty Nylabone Dental Toothpaste. Using your finger, gently rub teeth and gums in a circular motion. Introduce the toothbrush or finger brush with a small amount of toothpaste. Allow your dog to taste the toothpaste, then start brushing gently with a back & forth motion (no rinsing is necessary).

Can I use the toothpaste on my cat?
This dental kit is recommended for use with dogs only. Nylabone also offers an advanced oral care dental kit specifically for cats.

Can dogs share a toothbrush?
If you have more than one dog, it is recommended they have their own individual toothbrush. Sharing a toothbrush increases the chances of spreading infection and bacteria between their mouths.

Is this product harmful if swallowed??
This toothpaste is not harmful if swallowed. Begin by letting your dog taste a small amount of Nylabone Dental Toothpaste. Using your finger, gently rub teeth and gums in a circular motion. Then introduce the toothbrush with a small amount of toothpaste. Allow your dog to taste, then gently start brushing with a back & forth motion (no rinsing is necessary). Remember to praise and reward with a treat after every successful brushing!
