Active: Per Tablet (0.88g): Glucosamine HCI (from Corn Extract) 250mg, Green Lipped Mussel Powder (containing Chondroitin) 150mg, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 12.5mg, Manganese Sulfate Monohydrate 3mg, Hyaluronic Acid 1.5mg, Omega-3 (Fish Powder) 0.75mg, Vitamin E (D-Alpha Tocopheryl Succinate) 0.5mg.

Inactive: Citric Acid, Dicalcium Phosphate Dihydrate, Magnesium Stearate,  Microcrystalline Cellulose, Mixed Tocopherols, Rosemary Extract, Silicon Dioxide, Vegetable Oil.
